Terms & Conditions of Allotment

- Minimum Booking Token Amount will be ₹1 Lakh.
- 25% of BSP including 1 Lakh within 10 days from the booking.
- Complete Plot Payment including all other charges (as applicable) within 3 months from the date of booking.
- Stamp duty, Registration fee & Legal Charges or any other Govt. Fees should be extra as applicable.
- Development Charges Rs. 1200/- Sq.Yd. Extra.
- PLC (Preference Location Charge): Corner, Park Facing & 12 Mtr. Road plots are subject to +10% on BSP.
- The total consideration payable for the plot shall be calculated on the basis of the Super Area (in sq.yd.) of the plot. All installments and payments shall be made with reference to the super area and the applicable rate per sq.yd. as mentioned in the price list.
- Plot Payment, should be made in favor of PCB REALTECH LLP.
- Development Charge made in favor of PCB INFRACON.
- Present legal and all taxes or arising in future as per prevailing laws, if applicable, shall be borne by the buyer.
- In case of cancellation of booking, 10% of total amount paid shall stand forfeited. If any refund need to paid by company, that will be paid after the company realises the plot and refund amount through such sale are realized and till then the party cancelling the plot agrees to wait without any litigation.
- If Plot Payment is not received within 6 months from booking date, company has rights to initiate the process of cancelling plot and also resale it to another person, for which no written permission will be required.
